Clicking noise

I've got this clickity clack sound coming from the front part of the 300, like the water pump, or timing gear, or something.
Here's the kicker.....I only hear it when it's just been started and warming up.

Lifter around cyl. #1 collapsing or insufficient preload? Exhaust leak? Malfunctioning smog equipment (is it, like, coming from the diverter valve?)?
