Break-in time before tuning on new F-150

How long should I wait before I tune my new F-150 SCREW Lariat? It only has 250 miles on it so far.

Give it 1000+ miles as a normal break-in procedure. This also gives you time to identify any problems (hopefully none!) with the truck before doing anything to it.
