I just bought a 95 ranger with a 2.3l 2wd. I didn't get a manual with it and was wondering if anyone could tell me what number the fuse is for the dome light and if it is attached to the lighter circuit? The lighter works but the dome light doesn't get any voltage and there is about 5 empty fuse slots. Hopefully I can find a manual at a junkyard or something so I don't have to just shoot in the dark on the fuse numbering. Its not like the good ole days where it was written right on the fuse block. Thanks for any help that you can give.

Best bet is to go here www.helminc.com & order the Ford "electrical & vacuum troubleshooting manual" for your 95. This will give you wiring dagrams and fuse info for every circuit in your truck for only 20 bucks. BTW, i doubt that your dome light is wired to a 30 amp lighter fuse. Probably different on yours, but on my 87 dome & cargo lamps, clock and power mirrors are wired to fuse 8.

Thanks for the info Kenoo, I went to the site and registered and of course with my luck it said that it was temporarily unable to provide a download for the owners manual. I'll try again later.
