Slapping noise

Has anyone ever heard a weird slapping noise coming from the rear driver side wheels or axle at idle speeds. I bought the truck used a couple years ago and have always had this noise. Have taken to several mechanics and nothing. It doesn't affect anything, just irritating. The noise sounds as if something is slapping the wheels as it spins around at 5-10 mph. Have all new brakes and tranny doesnt slip. If someone knows of an answer or suggestions please let me know.

Sounds like Tires to me. Are they the same tires that came on it? Does the sound move when you rotate the tires?
