My first "L"
I just picked up my first Lightning, it's an 01 in silver.
Anyone have any advice as far as maintenance, reliability issues,etc. It has 49,000 miles. So far I love it and want to keep it running just like it is.

Welcome to the "Boosted" world. I agree with yysenhimer, the 5.4s (including the one in the lightning) untill 2003 models only have 4 threads, I'm not trying to scare you but you must be carefull with the spark plugs, its not too likely, but just make sure they are not loose.
