I am having issues with my 1985 Ford F-150. The truck is a two wheel drive unit. In early August, I put the truck through a ditch while chasing a tornado. I hydoplaned across the highway I was driving on, and went through the ditch into an oatfield. Since then, the truck has been wearing the the front right tire on the outer edge severly. The truck also pulls to the right badly. Does anyone have any ideas?
Try taking your truck to an alignment shop to see if your truck just needs an alignment. You might have bent something in the front end, like the radius arm, but if you did the alignment shop could tell really easy.
Yeah, take it to an alignment shop. Something is a little messed up there. Just tell them what happened. Maybe get a couple opinions or you may get screwed. Good luck!
Keep an eye on the frams where the power steering attaches... If it is a bad impact it has been known to crack there and it causes some serious misshandleing....

the other guys are right.. you definately tweeked something under the front. It is possible to bend the front ibeam or the radius arm (trust me), but it wouldn't surprise me if you bent the pivot bracket.
