bumper guard plans?

well, personally i think that ford bumpers are soo damn tough that they really don't need big guards. I however, built a new grill for mine out of an old swingset i had as a kid. I removed the bars and cut them to length, then i took a piece of square tubing and cut that for the height of my grille, finally i made four pieces of steel that sat against my radiator support and then came out to match the contour of my old grille. then i welded these peices to the two pieces of square tube (the flat ends) and then welded the poles to the contoured ends. then finally i welded studs onto the flat side of the square tubing and bolted it to the radiator support. it's soo strong that i've actually lifted the front end of the truck off the ground using a backhoe i have. cool hu???
