Alignment?
Why did I just sit in the service dept for 2 hours to have my blower motor fixed (which I have to go back for...I'll explain below) and get an alignment done because my tires are checking and I get NOTHING done and I have to go back? To top it off, why are there 3 white splotches on my black leather seats now?
Blower motor.....when I turn my A/C on, it sounds like someone is putting their finger in a fan (best way to describe it). I called them and said "My blower motor is bad, do you have one in stock so I can come get it fixed?" They said "Oh, you'll have to bring it in so we can diagnose it first." Ok, they want Fords money for diagnosing a problem, I know their game. So I play along, take it up there......."You're blower motor needs to be replaced." "OH, REALLY? I would have never guessed that!" I take it in tonight because they have the parts now, and after my 2 hour wait (explained above) they tell me they have to order a new squirrel cage for it because that AND the housing are broken, but they only noticed the housing the first time. So, 2 hours in the fabulous service waiting room listening to 2 little brats run around a make noise and a mess, no parents in sight, and I have to go back. Lucky me. I love my dealership. I can't wait to say how much I love them when I get my service survey.
Sorry, had to vent. I do like the truck, a lot.
