Ran into a little problem this weekend. My wife told me that there was "smoke" coming from the front wheels after driving my 98 F150 Scab 4x4 to the store. I jacked the truck up, removed the wheels and inspected the brakes. Apparently the brakes were sticking a little. Now one of the rotors is cracked, and the other is visibly warped. I went to Autozone and bought new rotors and was going to replace them along with cleaning the calipers. Well, needless to say,the brakes got REALLY hot and now I can't get the rotors off! Anyone have any suggestions? According to my Haynes manual, they should just slide off of the hubs. I've pried, tried to knock them loose by tapping them, etc. Getting a little frustrated. Any help would be appreciated.
Also, is there any way to lubricate the pistons or calipers? If it matters, they are the dual piston calipers. Thanks in advance.

They don;t just slide off, You have to beat them off with a hammer. Don't be afraid to smack them hard, they are already shot like you said. Hit top and bottom until it breaks loose. Use some anti-seize paste between the new rotor and hub, so it doesn't stick the next time around.
It is the truth. Beat the heck out of them but don't hit anything else. It works best to hit squarely near the center of the rotor to avoid possible wheel bearing damage. When you see rust smoking out of the cracks between the hub and rotor from the studs try to take it off.
