Yes it can be done. All you would have to do is order a GPS antenna and the Bezel Kit (b/c the nav system is about 1/4" taller than the stock audiophile) from Ford. The Bezel Kit comes with the wiring harnesses and everything that you'll need in order to hook it up. BTW, you'll also need the GPS disks too. Hope this helps.
Just to clarify, I'm talking about a factory installed 2003 navigation unit that was on a 2003 expedition not the aftermarket ford navigation system. I called the Ford dealer locally & they were unsure if it can be done.
Hmmm.......I was talking about the factory system, but I would definitely find out for SURE from a Ford tech whether or not it would work before I purchase the system.
