i am thinking about getting a power window kit for my '77. i would like to know if anyone has some tips to make the install go smoother and what other parts i should be replacing at the same time.(regulator, rattle kit etc.)

Where do you get a kit? Or is it a generic "fit all" kit?

the kits are pretty universal. they run about 150.00 to 200.00. i usually get into trouble suggesting where to get these things, but i'm sure one of the sponsors sites has the kit.(is that better torque1st? i didnt even mention their names!)
