PCM reflash??
Can my pcm on 96 7.3 be re flashed to the orginal code?
Was NAW4, now don't know what ford put in it. Chip for that code does not work now. Anybody know of where or if this can be done? Took truck in for trans problems and they reflashed pcm but put no sticker on truck to say what as the new flash code. Now they do not want to talk about it.

I don't think it can be flashed back to the original code. They used to be able to, but not anymore. How does it perform with the new flash? You may be able to get the chip re-burned for the new code.

Just went down that road with my 99 and all they can come up with is a 5 didgit code not a 4 which nobody has a listing for. I am told that my only choice is to get a programmer. My chip will no longer work with my truck.
