Check out the Paint and Bodywork section of the forums. You will get a lot more information there than you can here. Most people don't re-paint their expeditions, seeing as they are still new trucks.

If you're talking about Expy's this would be a daunting task. I've dabbled with painting in the past and wouldn't even consider trying to do something that would be my daily driver. Paint supplies and good equipment would cost you well over a grand to do the job and you'd probably be really disappointed with the end results.....not saying it's impossible though.
