sodablasting

Has anybody had any experience with sodablasting vehicles? I talked to a wrecker driver here that said he had his whole wrecker done for $500 and it was done in an afternoon down to the bare metal without removing glass and without pitting or warping the panels. Anyone have experience with it?
thanks guys

well I have no experience with it but I heard the same thing you did, sounds interesting to me, I also heard water was sprayed at the say time to keep the dust down but I'm not sure on that,

It does a very nice job. But, a word of caution. Many paint manufacturers say not to soda blast. The stuff impregnates into the metal. I heard that after I had my 77 shortbed soda blasted. (there was no rust). Paint still stuck. So Maybe I prepped good enough or got lucky.
