Try www.motorhaven.com or www.helm.com. If you can't get one from either of those places, check and see if a book dealer offers a Haynes shop manual that will cover the 1965 F-100.
Too, by chance, did the tailights you bought come with any instructions? Some will and the instructions usually include a wiring diagram.
In the meantime, I will hunt and see if, perhaps, I have a diagram to cover a 65 for you.
Good luck!
Yes, I found my wiring diagram set for your truck, 65alltheway. Regarding the tailights, on the LEFT HAND SIDE, the BROWN wire is the feed for the taillight; the YELLOW wire with the BLACK STRIPE is for the signal light; the BLACK wire is the ground. On the RIGHT HAND SIDE, the BROWN wire is for the taillight; the GREEEN wire is for the signal light; again, the BLACK wire is for the ground.
Both black wires go to a common ground, usually located at the right rear of the truck.
