Thanks for the TSB...
I called Ford and they said it did not affect my '95.
They mentioned it was for 1988-1992 models.
I told him I was disconnecting the battery everynight on my replacement '95.
He recommended I get a "Battery Disconnect" from an autoparts store so I wouldn't need to open the hood everytime...

I finally got my 87 going again with a nice 351 re-build. I knew about the ignition switch problem. My 88 F-150 work truck had a problem I traced back to the switch, MELTED!!! Well sure enough, my Bronco's was melted too!!! This is serious, it is only a matter of time.
Just another thing I found on my 87 during re-build. The air-tube for the exhaust has a check valve for flow directly behind the engine. Well I always had a mysterious exhaust leak I could not find. Well apparently the check valve for the air system had rusted and was blowing hot exhaust gas on the wiring harness for the E.F.I. the wires were pretty badly melted. Just something to think about...
