This is being discussed in another thread, along with other things, so I hope you all don't mind me starting this one. I can see some benefits of having your exhaust crossed over but is it worth it if you are not racing? Does it just help you engine overall with breathing?
I have seen dyno sheets that show a definite INCREASE in hp/tq. As for seat of the pants....not sure if you would notice. I'm talking the X pipes, not just a connecting tube.
I'm not a fan of all that only because it's just something else in the way when you want to work on it. The less the better. For a street car/truck I would not worry about it. 5-10 hp is just not worth the money for the parts, or the hassle later on. Guess I'm not that concerned with being the "baddest"....
