05 Reverse Sensing System
I'm looking into getting a 05 350 and have a question about the reverse sensing system.
On my 03 Expedition the system is on all the time. I have the option to turn it off every time I put the truck into reverse. But if I disable it, go do drive, then reverse, it's back on again.
On the Super Duties is there a way to disable the backup system for either the entire time the truck is running that time, or turn it off all together?

I believe the reverse sensor control unit, which contains the speaker too, is behind the passenger side kick panel. The theory is that you could splice a switch into one of the wires that connects to the speaker, but I've not heard from anyone who has actually done that.
