Anybody find molded mudflaps that work on the 2004 FX4 styleside super cab? I've seen some on the internet, but I don't know if they work with the factory FX4 plastic fender guards.
Are the plastic fender guards called "fender flares" or are they just guarding (some of the mudflaps say for use with fender flares, but I don't know if thats what they are talking about).
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Col. Gilliam

Col...you're right, there are 2 different types of flaps, 1 for use on the FX4 only (with the wheel well trim), and the other for all others. Go to the Ford accessories website and you'll see the difference. I think they're $45 or so from your dealer.
i just put mine on. the front were easy. you have to take the tire off to do the back. i used the ford ones. got them off ebay for $30. they look good now that they're on.
You want the ones for a 2004 Styleside Supercab WWLM (with wheel lip Mouldings) if you have an FX-4. I too picked em up on E-bay--cost $25...identical to the ones at FORD for 67.95.
