Emissions Failed
well i took my 86B2 in for emissions yesterday and it failed.
The guy at the station said he didnt know why it failed like it did.
heres the specs:

HCppm 213 198 pass | 208 254 fail
CO% 1.92 0.53 pass | 2.6 1.63 pass
NOppm 3113 2491 pass | 2899 1783 pass
RPM 1970 valid | RPM 1936 valid
Dilution 14.4 valid | Dilution 15.2 valid
Visible smoke-pass
well theres the specs. From what my brother was telling me its very unusual to fail on half of the HC. HELP?
