Picture this. Take a Bronco II, cut it, grind it, weld it. Now its a ranger like thing, with no roof from the tailgate to the front seats. Just a big hole from end to mid front, and wheel well to wheel well. A site for soar eyes. Or is it? Toss out a few seats, lay new framing for support, drop in a speaker package and lay a piece of 1/4" ply for a top. Basically, the truck is a box, a radioheads dream.
Now the engine. Well, I left it alone. Execpt for the alternator. Boosted that up to almost 90! And I had to upgrade the shocks. So how is it that the front wheels come off the ground in first gear? Well, the truck is now almost 400 lbs lighter. Some serious rear wheel power. And though it looks like a little mom and pop truck, the mustang hasn't been able to catch up to say anything yet.
So now im off to canvas the rear and create a quick release rear window. But before I go, did I mention the custom wood dashboard.
