Need Help With Addiction
I need help. I'm up till 3 AM or later reading post. First thing in the morning I check e-mail to see if any responses to post. Every time I'm near the computer during the day I check FTE.
I even get up out of bed, when I finally get there, and turn on the computer to see if anyone has posted anything, lots of nights I don't even turn the computer off. I'll be watching a favorite TV show and get up to check FTE during a commercial break, heck, sometimes even during the show.
It's affecting my work, my life, my sleep.
HELP ME, I CAN'T STOP. ARGGGGGG !!!

Thankfully.....I found my answer to the addiction thru my work. I spend 12-15 hours a day, 48-60 hours a week......looking at nothing but this computer monitor. Therefore..the last thing I want to do when I get home is log onto another computer.
Although I must say, I am a little addicted......on vacation I was looking for a library.......not e-mail.......FTE.

I hear ya, man. I stay up till early morning hours on FTE, knowing I have to get up in about four hours, but I can't help it. 
I spend my breaks at work checking it... lunches sometimes... pretty soon there's going to be all these ads on TV about the "Truth" of FTE, and it'll be bigger than the anti-smoking campaign. 
But really, I don't have a problem at all.
I can stop whenever I want Woops, didn't mean to let that slip... like I said, I'm not addic ted at all......

I solved most of the problem of getting out of bed to check FTE and having to miss supper, and my favorite tv shows....
Real easy to kick that habit...

Question: Does anybody else here surf FTE with more then one browser window open? I usually have two...and I've had three open before, multitasking back and forth. I'm in 2 places at once! hah

ya got to go cold turkey either one of two ways, #1 get yourself banned for a week or two, that will surly break ya. #2 trash your hard drive erase your win file and all that keep you so busy that you will break easy !

I love this site! I don't post much I know, but I always visit to see whats going on.
I really like this site, because their are so many different people using it, so much input and opinions. Do I agree with all of it? of course not, but I'm usually interested in seeing what people have to say about things.

i fried my power supply leaving the computer on downloading, checking my email 1st thing every am
i was at my wits end for 24 hours until i got a new power supply
same when i have to re-install my OS
my wife got away from the computer by buying me a lazy-boy... now i've re-discovered television
