Where are the labels?

Where are the labels?
I have searched and searched this site and my X and have not been able to find the engine build date or Flash labels for my 6.0. Can someone tell me where to look and how to interpret them (if the dates are not obvious)? I know the vehicle was built in Jan '04 based on the door jamb label (I purchased it in April 04).

The engine build label on my 03 F250 is on the driver side above the heads. look at the drivers side of the engine under the radiator fill cap and back a bit. depending on the light you might need a flash light to see it.
