Rear Rotor Help!!!!!! Sos

I am in the process of trying to remove the rear rotor on a 2002 Explorer.... I know that it is suppose to be hard to get off but I can not seem to get it to budge at all. Are there any specific special tools that you can use to get it off easier????? Please if anyone has any suggestions let me know ASAP

Does the emergency brake consist of a smaller drum brake inside of the rotor hub? I don't remember. If it does, make sure the brake is released! Happened to me before, just can't remember which vehicle it was. Then a big hammer!
