Unhappy strange idle

When i stop at a traffic light or in traffic the idle in my 04 6.0L Excursion w/10k miles, build date 04/04, the idle drops then goes back to normal. The exhaust then lets out a puff of white smoke. This only seems to happen with in the first 15 minutes of driving. The rest of the day it seems fine and other than that it seems to run normally while driving. I had the dealer change the oil and they flashed the PCM but it still happens. Any ideas?

Check your oil level and see if it is overfull. It shouldn't be any higher than the middle of the "Min" and "Max". If overfull will cause some issues.
