I have not had luck with Goodyear as far as lasting. I have a set of Michelins now that I have been pleased with.

Thumbs up Quiet tires!!!

I just put on a set of Cooper Discover ATR's. This is a brand new tire line from Cooper but so far I'm really impressed. I am the first person in Edmond Okla. to try these. I don't have but a few hundred miles on them but so far they are really quite on the road, roll easily and have good grip in the pasture.
I had intended to get Cooper Discover A/T's but took one look at this new tire and just had to try them.
Good Luck!!! Paul

I've got a set of Cooper Discovers, good tire, wear descent, good traction, the price was right, and they are made here in America.

Ditto the BF Goodrich All-Terrain. I'm on my second set and consistently get 50K+ miles/set even with the extremely rough gravel roads I drive everyday to get to my house. Our road chewed up the original FireJunks in about 30K. Very quiet on pavement for such a knobby tire as well and wet pavement is a non-issue. Flats are rare, I think I've only had one per set so far.

Here's a tire survey from Tirerack.com that has information in it from actual tire users. I bought the Revo that's rated #1 and I couldn't be happier. Nice quite tire, very smooth and with 26k miles looks like there's almost no wear.
