Cel " lean bank one"

What's next on checking this out do the injectors need to be cleaned???
Anyone got any ideas

Try changing the fuel filter. I had this message on my '96 Merc Mystique and finally had to change out the fuel pump, but the filter is lots cheaper and just as likely a culprit. You might want to search this forum for advise on fuel filter changeouts - I think it takes a special tool you can buy.

The MAF sensor in the air intake can also trigger this. It may look clean but it doesn't take much on it to get it to throw the code, especially if you run an aftermarket oil soaked air filter.

I had the same code on my 98 F-150. I removed and cleaned the MAF sensor and it appears to have fixed the problem. I was experiencing the problem at random and have not had the light since I cleaned the sensor about 3 months ago. Good luck!
