Why are you replacing it? Did the plastic tabs break that hold it on or did the cover come loose?
If the cover is coming loose, clean everything up and then put red RTV in the grooves on the black plastic top and tape it into place for 24 hours without using the vehicle.
You can use almost anything from any Ford vehicle that has the tank on the driver's side (example 1979 Ford F-350). Many Fords had that dual coolant/windshield washer fluid setup.
You can buy new w/s washer kits from many places (JC Whitney, Autozone, NAPA, etc.) that include a brand new tank. You can buy separate coolant tanks from many places such as Summit Racing, etc. The cheapest thing is to grab something off a Ford that has the motor and hoses already on it.
i think there is a crack in the coolant side. slow leak but still a leak. replaced the reservoir to radiator hose with fuel line. that helped some but theres something else to it................
