Hauling Kids in Pickup Box
#31
There was nothing like riding in the back of the 57 F-250 to have lunch on the farm. The hair streaming back in the wind and no matter how hot it was out in the summer it was cool riding in the back. As for the running boards I remember grandpa stepping up and hanging on to the side mirror as dad drive by to go help in the field. That was awsome. Yes, today's stardards and practices wouldn't allow for it and I think we run at a faster pace and all too often common sence takes a back seat. The Aerostar seats with the quick disconnect mounts might be an alternative. Keep safe but have fun with it.
