Engine doesnt like to start..over time

Ok...had this exact same problem before the rebuilt. My now 410 doesnt like to start after sitting for like a week. It acts like theres no fuel...almost like theres only a couple cylinders firing..then after many pumps down on the gas peddle it slowly fires up. The chock is on! the fuel is good. Then after it fires it acts like its burning to rich for like 2 minutes.

Is it an electric choke? You might want to lean it out a little, if you can smell gas in the exhaust after you get it started. Give it 5 pumps before you try and start it.

That doesn't quite sound right. Usually ignitions will work best cold. Check your timing.
