Help lift a 03
I am the new owner of a 03 reg. cab 250 4x4 SD, and I want to lift it about 2 more inches. Is it true that 350 blocks will fit? Do they uses blocks on the front also? Mine currently has short blocks in the rear, and nothing in the front. What about things like brake lines, steering shafts, and the rear axle rubber stops? What all do I need to get? I want to put a set of 285's on it, will they lift me any more over the stock 235's? Thanks

Putting 350 blocks in the rear will net you about 2" more height there. None of the trucks use a front block. You can get a mini spring pack, a spring hanger kit, or new front springs to lift the front. I think "X" springs make it sit about right with a 350 block in the back.
If you just go up 2" you should be ok without any other mods.
