You might wish to check with www.motorhaven.com to see if they list one for you. Also, if motorhaven doesn't have one, you might check www.napaonline.com to see if they provide one. (A bit of advice on that, though: if they do show one, go to a NAPA store and buy one rather than buying it online if you are able to do so. Their parts are priced higher online than what the Net shows in almost all instances.) If they do show one and you need to obtain the location of a NAPA store, you can find one at that website or you can call 1-800-LET-NAPA to get a store location near you. If NAPA doesn't list one, you can locate a CarQuest dealer by dialing 1-800-492-PART.
Of course, I don't know where you live (and, obviously, that is none of my business) but, if it is possible for you to do so, you may wish to check with Clinnard's Driveshaft in Nashville, Tennessee. They are located on 4th Avenue South in downtown Nashville. Their phone number is 615-242-4253.
I have known them for many years and, in all honesty, I do not know of a driveshaft assembly they cannot repair, replace, or build custom. They can do car, light truck, heavy duty truck, ag, PTO, and industrial driveshafts.
