Tailgate linkages?
Where can i get the rods and the latches on the side of the tailgate.on my old one the linkages were so rotted out, and only one latch(?) was good. i took that one to work and sandblasted it and repainted it, but i need the drivers side latch and both of the rod's . I bought one of the talgate shells, replacement handle, and i found a set of the cables. now i just need the internals. any ideas?

The first place you can try is a local recycler. You don't say what year or model your truck is but the tailgate latches and mechanism for all full F's in '80 through '86 are the same. Stepsides are totally different. Most wrecking yards should have what you need for a fairly cheap price.
