Oil for 97' powerstroke

What's the best oil to use in my 97' powerstroke w/115000 miles on it.?

Chevron Delo 15w-40. I buy mine at Costco or Wal-Mart. Any of the oils are good.

Nearing 130K on our '97 F250HD, with Rotella T 15W40 at every change. No complaints! Cheap at Wal-Mart and Sam's Club too.

Thanks for the info, now what about the synthetic oil? I just bought the truck and asume it's had petrolium grade oil from the start, is ok to switch to synthetic.

You could use Syn oil, but if you change the oil at 3000-3500, the cost gets high. I have 149K on my old PSD, have used Rotella from the first oil change.
