Cheap but effective bolt on performance
This kinda goes with my other post, but, kinda doesn't. My 98 F-150 could use a "kick in the pants". I have the 5.4L, and occording to all I can find, it's just got a measly 235hp. What are some bolt on parts that have helped out on HP for you guys?
I currently only have a flowmaster 40 delta, and a K&N filter, but, that's it.
Are chips worth the money? Cold air induction systems? Things like that. I don't want to drop a ton of money on parts that just look good, and don't do crap for performance.

Chips and tuners can give you a big boost.
If no one here gives you any good pointers on a chip or tuners just scroll down the main forum page to the Chips and Tuners forum and the guys there will be able to answer any questions you have.
