Fuel Delivery
One of the trucks I own is a '79 F-350 Lariat Supercab 4x4. It has a 400 ci engine and dual fuel tanks. The problem, When I switch from the rear fuel tank to the front, the guage immediately goes to empty. The truck will still feed and run off of the rear tank. Any ideas what the cause is? Thanks for any help.

I don't have a truck with dual tanks but I would guess you have a wire off the sending unit that doesn't work or off of the switch. Also could be a bad ground on the tank that does not work. Good luck
