Where is it? What does it look like? I know what it is & what it does but I have a haynes #@*!ing manual & as usual they tell you it has one but doesent show you what it looks like. I know it should be on the throttle body but I dont think it is. I am EFI 87 4X4. THNx

I have Chiltons Manual and it shows directly wher it is. Boook only cost 8 bucks. Anyways, the Idle Air Control Valve is a metallic looking cylindrical device bolted on with two bolts. I have an 89 EFI and it is on the right side of the motor. Hope this helps.
