gear ratio
I just bought a 2000 f-250 v10. Love the truck but I'm having a heck of a time trying to figure out the gear ratio. I tried looking up the vin no. but came up with nothing, and I tried looking at the sticker in door and were it should same somthing theres nothing there. please help have to be missing something.

There's a code under 'axle' on the sticker on the driver's door post sticker. Look that up in the owner's manual, and it will tell you. Or, there will be a tag on one of the differential bolts with the ratio printed on it.
