I keep seeing references to "my screw". What does this mean?

Screw is what Ford tries to do it you if your truck has vibration problems and will not fix them or calls the vibrations normal.

It sounds like a couple of you need to talk to your "salesperson" who sold you the truck. They should work with you

Salesmen or the Service Manager can not do anything if the FSE rep claims the vibration is normal. My truck had steering wheel nibble/shimmy and 45 to 65 mph driveline vibration problem. The FSE said "Your truck vibrates like all Fords, nothing abnormal with the driveline vibration" "If you are not happy with the truck go to the DSB". I think the FSE used the DSB as way of getting out of a problem truck without having to do anything.
I called my salesman on Monday. I told him that I won my case and the Dispute Settlement Board (DSB) is making Ford buy back my truck. I don't really want to deal with Ford again. The DSB took a few months but it was worth it.

I Sent In The Last Chance To Repair Letter To Ford Yesterday For Lemon Law.after 8 Times In The Shop For Approx.20 Days, they Replaced Drive Shaft, all 4 Wheels, installed Dampener On Frame, road Force Balanced Tires, changed Pinion Angle, checked Rear End Gears And My 40 To 60 Vibration Is Still There Same As Always.now The Fse Has Decided This Is Normal For My Truck!!! How Can They Say This After All The Work To Fix The Defect!!! YES THATS WHAT SCREW MEANS!!!
