Just another Newbie....
Just introducing myself.... My name is Jim Beckton... I'm originally from Tampa Bay, but moved up to Spring Hill, Tn. this past spring.... I guess this was the right year to move from Florida....
I've been off roading and mudding since I can remember... my family used to go to the everglades for 2 or 3 weeks every year, for hunting season... my first trip down there was when I was only 8 months old.... My grandfather had an old WWII Dodge personel carrier, that they had put some very large airplane tires on... it had quite an impressive stance to it.... with chains on the tires that thing would pretty much go anywhere in the Everglades.... Florida is a great place to see how tuff your truck really is... lots of MUCK in FLA....

Hi ya Atom... 'nother Florida 'neck here, not down there anymore, Navy figured I had better places to go... I know what 'cha mean 'bout the 'glades, it's a great place to get dirty and lost if ya not careful... Lived in DeLand(up near Daytona) for 17 years, now 17 years in Navy... Hmmmm, that would make me 34, Ugh... Don't sweat the "Newbie" stuff, virgin here too... Lota info in here... Found quite a few answers without lookin' too much like an idiot askin' dumb questions.... Welcome
