New Cam Shafts - Help!

I'm thinking about getting new camshafts for my 4.6L F-150 4x4, and I'm not too sure where to start. I hear that in order to put in higher performance camshafts, you will need a complete aftermarket valvetrain to make everything able to stand up to the new cams. What do yall know about doing this, what would I need to replace along with the cams, how much would this burn my wallet, and how much more power could I be expecting? Any help would really be appreciated.

You will gain a few upper rpm hp with bigger cams. You will need to put better valve springs in the heads. The rest of the valvetrain should be ok.
What other mods are done to the truck?
