Doesn't everyone deserve to have a new $43,000 suv? Doesn't everyone deserve to have steak dinner whenever? Doesn't everyone deserve to be able to leave the door and the screen open in the winter and not worry about the heat bill? And on and on and on goes the handouts.
What would be nice to do is to suspend the voting rights (local, state, national) of welfaree's until they have paid back all of the money that the system gave them. I'll leave the ulterior motive for this out.

OK, I'm with you guys, it's pathetic how some "poor" people are irresponsible and greedy.
But to be balanced (that's good right?), let's not let off people or companies that make millions/billions and steal from us by not paying taxes. Fair is fair-it should be equal opportunity prison
Well, hold on there psyche, what is the problem with a company making $$$? Last time I checked, most are owned by the shareholders (aka, you and me, the stockowners) What is wrong with getting a return on your investment? As for 'rich' people, earning as much as you can, and getting to keep it, was what this country was founded upon, personal property. Nothing is stopping any of us from becoming 'rich'. Liberals have fostered class envy, telling all others that the rich are the problem (sort of like the *****, no?) Rich folks or companies aren't the problem in this country, it's the giveaway programs that people feel they are entitled to. If your taxes were suddenly halved, chopping out the pork in government, my guess is that you wouldn't give a rip about the rich. For a while, anyway.
camo4: absolutely nothing wrong with working hard and having lots of money. The only thing is getting away with not paying taxes either by "loopholes" that are illegal, and moving jobs and company to the Cayman islands. I don't think the above is partisan politics; it's greed and abuse and there's less in the pot for you and me, for things that are really necessary.
