wiper question
Intermitent is non-existent on my 99 250 90% of the time. I have 2 speeds, constant and the high speed. It also doesn't turn off all the time, it will run 2-3 more times before it stops. It will work sometimes for a bit then go to this. Any help/ideas?

I had the same problem on my 1994. I ended up prying the cap on the end of the wiper stalk and spraying WD-40 in it while switching it back and forth to work it a little. The dielectric grease had broken down and was interfering with the connections. It never acted up again after that.

The recall was for 2000 and up. I don't see one listed for the 1999.
