Question pcm flash

whats that called when they mess with the computer, to straiten things
out, flash, re-flash. Whichever it tis I believe I could use one, truck has
power but seems like you really got to push the go pedal to make her go.
when you do try to acclerate normal to kinda fast it try's to hold the gear
for a long time like it doesnt have the power to go into the next one yet,
even tho it should.Oh & mine is a 99' psd

When was the air filter, fuel filter and oil last changed?

thanks for that link for fuel filters cookie. i was getting them at advance for 30 bucks a pop. should they be cahnged at evry oil change?

Ford recommends every 15,000 miles. I think it should be changed about half that.
