Navigator rear brake pads
hi fellas hope you can help me out here . I just did a full brake pad job . front and back ! what i wanted to know was that when i did the REAR i didn't need a special CALIPER tool , the ones that screw the piston back in , i just used a C - CLAMP to push the pistons back in , did i do this right ? or did i screw up something back there ? i have not test drove the Navi yet , just wanting to confirm my job oh i forgot 98 navi 5.4 liter thanks all

Hi orbee and welcome to the forum 
It sounds like you did it right. The special tool is needed on vehicles with the park brake built into the caliper. The Expy/Navi doesn't use that. They have a seperate park brake drum inside the rotor.
