Should I Shelf it?

I am looking for some more interior storage and I came across the shelf-it. Anybody got any comments on it? I am 6'2 and I already have a cab visor from lund installed so I doubt that I will notice any difference in vision out the front of the truck, are they strong and worth the time and money? let me know before I make a mistake here

What is the weight rating on this thing? How does it keep stuff from falling off by the windsheild? And will I notice any reduction in my current field of vision, remember I already have a cab visor mounted so I am used to like 4 inches taken off the top of my field of view.

I have one in my '95. Its great. I say get one. It doesn't effect your view any more than the sunvisor, which I have also. The only thing is if you slam the brakes things to fall toward the winshield. Not all the time but it happens.

Any way at all that I could set something up so that stuff wouldn't fall off on the windshield side when I brake hard?

The top side of the shelf it lined with felt to help stop things from sliding around. I think the heavier the object the better it will stay. The only things I had fall were papers and cds. Anything heavier than that I think will stay just fine. I have had my shelf for about four years now and can remember about 5 times things have fallen. Its so rare I don't worry about it.
