56 light switch removal
I have most of the wiring removed from my 56 but can't seem to get the headlight switch out of the dash. I have tried rotating it but can't get the bezel to disengage. I am a newbie - is there a trick to this?

I have the 56 switch in my 54. There is a spring-loaded button on the base towards the back. If you push and hold that in, then the **** and shaft will slide out. Then you can unscrew the keeper bezel on the front.
