If you take the above posted TSB regarding this issue with you, I don't see how any dealer can refuse your replacement. If they do, complain to Ford and find another dealer.

thanks for the info, I cant believe that the dealer and ford said there was nothing they can do untill I dropped the tsb number and it was like, oh let me check into that for you. the next day it was like come on in and we will change those free of charge! It blows my mind that they knew about it and could have taken care of it but I had to rant and rave and still no one would own up to it. My wife told me to tell the rep and service manager to send their paychecks to us for doing their job! Thanks to all!!!
