Adding factory A/C to '76 High-boy?
I want to use the OEM evaporator, blower unit (firewall unit and under dash unit) with a new condensor, accumulator and compressor. These OEM parts for a '76 are a little scarce in the junkyards in western WA so I'm wondering if the next newer series firewall and under dash units could be adapted to my '76 without too much trouble.
Is the heater core also in the A/C unit along with the evaporator?
