Spring perch measurments?
I am putting a Dana 70 Dually rear end in my 79 F250. Does anyone have the exact measurments for the spring perches and shock mounts? I know I can use a tape measure, But I thought someone might know the exact measurments to weld the perches. My 3" springs look like about 48" outside to outside, on the current Dana 60 in the truck now. Any tips on this project would be appreciated.

I can't give you the shock mounts as I pulled mine but for my truck (78 F250 4x4) I needed exactly 44.75" from centering hole to centering hole. I believe that put me at 41.75" between the perches and about 47.75" from outside to outside. On my axle the perches are 5 and 1/16 from the backing plate but this may be different on yours, especially being a dually.
